This new 3,500 s.f. bank building sits in the heart of Willits right off Highway 82. It features an open reception area, large areas of glazing, and an exterior steel pergola structure.

This project has passed the rough-in inspection, so drywall and other finishes are now being installed. For many of our projects, the installation of finishes means hiding the structure. For this project, however, the steel moment frames that provide lateral stability for the house will remain visible and are incorporated into the interior design. These steel frames are visible on the upper level of both the north and south wings of the house.
