July Project Highlights & a Promotion to Celebrate!
Self-Storage Units | New Commercial Build | Carbondale, Colorado
🔨Project Update! This new self-storage facility was approved with the caveat that it must include a public art park. From there, "The Gateway Public Art Project" was born in collaboration with Carbondale Arts. As you enter Carbondale on Highway 133 you will be greeted with five massive murals and three sculptures. All done by Colorado-based artists!
We enjoyed working on the foundation & site walls for this prefabricated storage facility.

Starwood Fire Station | Community Building | Aspen, Colorado

This fire station in the Starwood neighborhood of Aspen, is a perfect blend of design and durability! It includes 2 apartment units, a 2-car garage, and a specialized fire station apparatus bay.
Constructed with 2X wall framing, conventional wood-framed roofs, and floors, along with a solid concrete foundation, this project was wrapped up in 2019 in collaboration with Charles Cunniffe Architects and GF Woods Construction🛠️
