Oliver Rice, P.E. - Senior Engineer

Oliver has been working in structural engineering for 40 years. Beginning his engineering career in California, he worked on retro-fitting masonry buildings for modern seismic code requirements. He then returned to Colorado to work on the Denver International Airport project. Since then, he has been involved in design of hotel and condominium projects in Colorado, New York, and New Jersey. Additionally, he has been part of the design team for wineries and theaters in high-seismic zones. In California, he focused on high schools, recreation centers, historic preservation projects, and office buildings. Most recently, his focus has been on high-end custom residences in Vail, Aspen, and the Denver area. Oliver was one of the original founding partners of Evolve in 2010.

Oliver is a Professional Licensed Engineer in Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in structural design and is a member of SEAC (Structural Engineers Association of Colorado) and the ACI (American Concrete Institute).
