Buffalo Valley Apartments

The Buffalo Valley Apartments project in Glenwood Springs, Colorado is a new build of 2 four-story apartment buildings totaling 48,000 s.f.. The primary structure consists of conventional wood and composite lumber framing, pre-engineered wood trussed roofs, and a conventionally reinforced concrete wall and footing foundation system.
The apartment buildings will feature balconies off of each unit, additional shared corridor and stairway areas, and approximately 2,200 s.f. of below grade storage. The lower story of each building is a walkout condition with a conventional slab on grade floor. The main floor level units on the uphill side, without units or storage below, also have conventional slab on grade floors.
