Enclave Condominiums
Snowmass Village, Colorado
The Enclave Condominiums renovation project included an exterior remodel and the addition of new extended dormers onto the existing roof structure. The primary structure consisted of bent steel edge beams supporting the edges of the dormer overhangs and a cantilevered ridge beam. The dormers included new vaulted ceilings, over-framed dormers, and two “exoskeleton” dormers at the front of the property. We also added four new timber columns along the front edge of one exoskeleton dormer on the north end of the building to track down to new foundations at grade.
This project was completed in 2016 together with Z-Group Architects and Summit Construction.
