This Townhome Development project in Eagle, Colorado is 62,000 s.f. total, consisting of 7 new townhome buildings. There are 2 and 3 story units with four basic unit types making up the proposed buildings, including 42 of the units that will feature exterior decks.

The primary structural systems consists of conventional wood and composite lumber framing, with conventionally reinforced concrete wall and a continuous spread footing foundation system. There are minor elevation changes between units as the buildings step down the grade of the site, and the lower level floors are to be conventional concrete slabs on grade.
